Bert is a two-eyed minion without hair. After his head touched the chemical, he gained hair. But it seem to be the mom hair that Mark was wearing when he disguised as a mom

Bert was seen in prison and in the food fight with the prison number 123. He was then seen swing the prison outfits with Steve, Peter, and Van while using Todd as a flashlight he was last seen holding a knife trying to pop the bubble .
