Bill William Farmer (born November 14, 1952) is an American voice actor and comedian, Bill was in Additional voices on Minions and Despicable Me 3 and he was also who is known for his role of being the current voice of the Disney character Goofy since 1987. He is also the current voice of Pluto and Horace Horsecollar. He also does the voice of Hop Pop from Amphibia.
