Charles is one of the Minions. He is a one-eyed minion with combed hair.

Charles was first seen with Greg when Gru told them to distract the girls. He was then seen in the jelly lab trying out the jelly. He was later seen walking with Jay at the ice cream party. Charles was one of the minions that was lead by Chris to the ice cream truck and got sucked in. He was seen at the beach reading a book. Charles was then seen as a evil minion but he was reverted back to normal by Dr Nefario.

He was seen carrying the coffin with Parker, then Monty comes out.
