Chuck is a two-eyed, medium-sized minion with a spiky hair.

He was seen when Devin gave him the paint bomb to give to Frank.

He can be seen when Jerry shouts "BANANA!"
Minions[]
He appeared with the cake when the Minions were going to wake up Count Dracula. In the book adaption of this scene, he is with Norbert and his name can be seen.
Despicable Me 3[]
He was seen with Todd when the minions were trying to pop the giant bubble he a got mentioned by Mel.
