When Gru arrives at Gru's Lab, he sees some Minions who just make a batch of Mr. Gru's Old Fashioned Jelly. So he greets them first. He praises Tim's new haircut; he then gives a high five with Donnie, and encourages Donnie that it's almost Friday.
