The Ice Cream Vendor is an elderly ice cream van driver in the town near Gru's home.

Plot

Training Wheels

The vendor is driving around the outskirts of town and Margo, Edith, and Agnes happens to hear the van's jingle. Margo and Edith go after the man while Agnes falls off her bike and does not catch up.

The vendor later spots the kids and stops for them near a jewelry store. Unfortunately, a robber comes out at the exact moment and carjacks the vendor. The old man curses, "You good-for-nothing hoodlum". He then witnesses Agnes take off after the robber.
