He is a short one-eyed minion with combed hair. Like Steve, He looks like Stuart.
He was seen holding a broom, complaining to Gru, and standing with other minions alongside Kevin, Stuart, Tom, Jerry, Mel, and other minions. He was then seen with a plunger in the jail scene.
