Jeff is a short and plump minion with buzz-cut hair and two eyes, just like Jerry (DM2). He wears a tutu.
Despicable Me 4[]
At Gru's house, during the Everybody Wants To Rule the World song, he was seen sitting and playing on a flower bed while Kyle sprays water.
