Jeffrey (or Jeffery) is one of the minions who appeared in Despicable Me 3. He later reappeared in Minions: The Rise of Gru and Despicable Me 4.

Jeffrey is a tall, two-eyed minion with sprout-cut hair.
History[]
Despicable Me 3[]
Jeffrey was first seen singing Papa Mama Loca Pipa. Then he was seen in prison. Later, when Buck was letting the minions into the flight, Jeffrey went up the ladder to get in and looked back at Todd. He was seen climbing up the ladder to get into the pile of minions. When Oliver knocks down Bill by accident, Jeffrey laughs at Bill. Then he was seen walking past minions sitting in the flight.
Minions: The Rise of Gru[]
Jeffrey was seen in a Liberty Mutual commercial for the movie.
He appeared in the movie itself, where he was seen working when Lucas played an instrument and Jasper led the line. He was later seen leading the chant for Gru.
Despicable Me 4[]
Jeffrey was seen laughing when Kevin used Mega Jerry to open his drink. Then Jeffrey was seen in the end credits about to eat cake with Stuart. When the cake was knocked down, Jeffrey was also knocked down.
