Jesse is a medium-sized two eyed minion with spiky hair.

Despicable Me 4[]
Jesse appeared as an AVL agent minion. When Silas Ramsbottom was asking for volunteers to become Mega Minions, he stepped back along with a bunch of other minions (except Dave, Gus, Mel, Tim, and Jerry). When those minions got upset with the Minions who made them volunteers, Jesse was seen as one of the many minions laughing at them. Jesse was last seen at the table with Otto, Alazraqui, Benjamin and Logan.
