Ken is one of the Minions. He appears in Panic in the Mailroom, Despicable Me 3, Minions: The Rise of Gru, Mooned and Despicable Me 4.
A minion by the same name, having a different appearance appears in the intro video for Minions Paradise.
Appearance[]
Ken is a tall minion with sprout-cut hair. In Mooned he has spiky hair.
Personality[]
Ken is a video game lover and slacker, who laughs at others' misfortunes, as shown when Mike was constantly changing between himself and an Evil Minion. Despite this, he does care for Mike and has a soft spot for cute animals as he put himself in danger to save three kittens.
Plot[]
Panic in the Mailroom[]
Ken, along with Mike, works in the mail room. Unfortunately, Ken is slacking off and playing video games, but when he throws a package filled with expired PX-41 serum and jams a tube, Mike is forced to take it out himself. As he is reaching, it he is splashed with the serum causing him to turn into an Evil Minion. Fortunately, he changed back, but is not completely normal (his hair was still purple). As they both got back to work, Ken noticed that the mail stopped, and saw Mike turn into an Evil Minion and eat all the packages. Ken took advantage of this to play his video game while Mike is eating. Continuing to change back, Ken laughs while watching Mike. A box of kittens is approaching Mike, almost being eaten. Ken saves the kittens while running from Mike. Climbing to the top of a pile of packages, Ken reaches the top with nowhere to run. Luckily, Mike changes back then falls. Ken ran to Mike with the kittens. Mike admired the kittens, but he coughed out all of the serum, turning back to normal for good. However, the kittens become mutated and attack Mike and Ken.

Trivia[]
- It is unknown what happened to Ken and Mike after the mutated kittens attacked, although it's most likely that they both survived as it is shown that minions are immortal and he does later appear In Despicable Me 3 And 4 so It’s confirmed that he did survive.
- He is similar to Kevin.
- His name is a reference to Ken Daurio, one of the writers for the Despicable Me films.
- His first appearance is (like any other tall minion) him with sprout-cut hair, which changed in Mooned with him having buzz-cut hair.
