The Mailroom is a location appeared in Panic in the Mailroom. In this place, the Minions categorize all sorts of items and packages delivered to Gru's House.

The mailroom is lacking of illumination; only few lights are put above the conveyer belt and the the desks that Minions use to work. It appears that the service of managing the packages is quite busy, as Mike needs to stamp the packages quite constantly. Theoretically, all the packages can be put in either one of four metal pipes, blue, yellow, green, and purple; once the package is put into the pipe, it would be vacuumed and transferred above the mailroom.
However, due to Ken's laziness, there are still piles of packages that aren't categorized yet, so when the remaining package falls from the end of the conveyer, it becomes a part of the giant mountain of the uncategorized packages. Though the content of the packages remains unclear, some of them appears to be the experiment-related items and sometimes rare items, such as a box of kittens or expired PX-41.
