Master Chow is a supporting character in Minions: The Rise of Gru and a master of kung fu.

Master Chow first met the minions while they were getting beaten up by Wild Knuckles' henchmen in Chinatown. She was treating a patient, then decided to beat up the henchman for "picking on little guys" and also being called "old lady". She then heard the story of the minions and decided to teach them kung fu. They did a bunch of activities and told the minions to find their "inner beast." The minions barely learned anything. After a while, she said they were ready for their junior badges, but before she finished her sentence, the minions cheered and ran out of the room and went to find Gru. She them exclaimed that they were screwed.

She later appeared at Wild Knuckles' funeral and likely died of old age before the events of the Despicable Me films.

She is a somewhat elderly Asian woman, wearing a white shirt with blue lines on it. She has makeup and earrings on. She has large grey, puffy hair.

She is very calm while very deadly woman, she has found her "inner beast." She is very good at teaching others as she used to be a kung fu instructor.
