Matt is one of the minions. He appears in Despicable Me 2 and Despicable Me 4.

Matt is a one-eyed short Minion with combed hair.
Plot[]
Despicable Me 2[]
He appears at Dr. Nefario farewell, then when Kevin is reverted to his normal state he pounces on him, then when El Macho is defeated he appears next to Dr. Nefario with a Jelly Gun.
Despicable Me 4[]
In the end credits, he is seen on top of Mega Dave weights. Then when Mega Dave stops lifting weights he falls with the other minions. He sees a minion (Lance) that got stuck on Mega Dave’s back and laughs.

- He is one of the few Minions who was not captured and turned into an Evil Minion in Despicable Me 2.
