The AVL agent Lucy Wilde give this to Felonius Gru to look for traces of PX-41 in the wig store Eagle HairiClub. Unfortunately, because the detector is a belt, Gru is forced to pelvic thrust everywhere to get a reading. He did find a positive reading for PX-41 but Floyd Eaglesan, the owner of the shop, clueless of the mutagen being inside the store, stopped Gru and offered a wig to the ex-supervillain.
