He has a medium-length body with two eyes and slant-cut hair.
He looks just like Tom.

Percy was exercising with other minions until a one-eyed minion called them for Gru's assembly then he was seen asking for a kiss after Margo, Edith and Agnes.
Despicable Me 2[]
Percy was passing a green apple to other minions at the Jelly Lab then he was with Raymond and Miles at the ice cream party. Percy was then seen at Gru and Lucy's wedding.
Despicable Me 3[]
Percy was seen singing Papa Mama Loca Pipa.

Percy first appeared sawing the wood with Carter and Ezekiel. Later, he was seen after Kevin was calling Wild Knuckles on the phone
Despicable Me 4[]
He was first seen sitting on the party bus on Elbaton. Then was seen stepping back because he did not want to be a Mega Minion.
