Peter is one of the Minions. He first debuted in Orientation Day, then in Despicable Me 3. His name is known because Mel mentioned it.
Appearance[]
He is a medium, one-eyed minion without hair and is later seen with buzz cut hair. In Orientation Day, he has slanted spiky hair, Similar to Tom's. In Despicable Me 4, he has combed hair. Peter also wears a black mourning armband, his prison number is 777 (angel number) in tribute to a young fan named Peter, who lost his battle with cancer, who innocently slips through the prison bars.

He was seen testing a hair chemical on a bald minion called Bert.
Despicable Me 3[]
When Mel gave the Minions orders to build a plane to escape the prison, the others went to the correct ways, but Peter went to the wrong way, until he was corrected by Mel.[1]

He appears in despicable me 4 as an avl worker. He was seen cheering for the mega minions
