Phil or Philip is one of the minions. He appears in Despicable Me 4, with the other two being Ron and Ralph.

Phil is a short plump minion with slanted spiky hair.

Phil is one of the Pit Crew minions who took care of Gru Jr. and stayed with Gru and his family, while the other minions worked at the AVL. He was also seen as a referee during Perry Prescott's tennis game. He kept blowing his whistle at Perry and kept giving him red cards. He also threw tennis balls at him.

- Phil is one of the few minions who shares the same name with two other minions (the other being Jerry.
- He is possibly mistaken to be Bob.
- At first it was thought to be Samson.
