Ron (or Ronald) is one of the minions He has two eyes and spiky hair .He appears in Despicable Me 4, with the other minions Phil and Ralph. His name is known because Edith mentioned it.

Ron made his first cameo on a Mothers Day Poster making cookies with 3 other minions.
Minions[]
Ron made a cameo on a Minions poster. But never in the actual movie. He didn’t exist yet.
Despicable Me 4[]
Ron is seen looking at Ralph's butt. He also appears to be making popcorn. An original plan for him was to become the sixth member of the Mega Minions, gaining the power of super speed. The idea ended up scrapped however. In the credits. he was seen blowing bubbles until Mega Jerry scared him away and Jerry laughs at him and then Ron comes with a shrink ray (The weapon from the first film) and Shrinks him with it. And then he was seen with Phil and Ralph punching another Minion (possibly Eric) who was pretending to be a Pit Crew Minion.

- He was supposed to be the 6th and final Mega Minion. But he was changed to be a Pit Crew Minion instead.
- He is friends with Lewis.
- At first it was thought that his name was Dylan
