Scrooge is a two eyed plump minion with spiky buzz cut hair we know his name because in the movie a two eye minion says la Scrooge.

Scrooge is first seen when Parker gets hit with some ice. It looks like he has a nose. Scrooge laughs at Parker, but a big snowball rolls and Scrooge gets stuck. Eugene follows the snowball and goes to try to help Scrooge. The other minions laugh at this.
