Smudge is a black cat who also has a bit of white fur. He also has yellow eyes.

Despicable Me 4[]
Smudge was first seen stuck in a tree and his owner, the unnamed woman, was trying to get him to come down. Mega Mel then used his laser eyes to cut the tree branch that Smudge was stuck on, leading to him and the tree branch falling off the tree. Mel caught Smudge and then the woman gave Mel a kiss for saving Smudge. However, Mel's laser activated after the woman kissed him and then his laser went through some of the woman's hair as well as Smudge's fur.
Smudge was never seen or mentioned after that.
