There is no picture of the serum itself, but this is the machine that transmits the serum into the minions.
The Super Serum was a serum made to turn Minions into Mega Minions. We know this is a serum as Silas Ramsbottom in Despicable Me 4 said "You will be the first to test our Super Serum."[1]

Silas Ramsbottom first asked for volunteers to test out the Super Serum. When five minions were chosen as volunteers, the machine with the serum grabbed all five minions and turned them into Mega Minions.
In the end credits, it is again seen when another minion named Sam tries to become a Mega Minion, but fails to do so.
