"tú le bélla cón la papaja"
Translating the sentence fragment "tú le bélla cón la papaja" word for word can literally read "you [are] the beauty with the papaya." The Papaya is a womb like fruit (well, berry) with lots of seeds on the inside. The meaning seems extremely clear. G.Holven (talk) 23:02, 29 April 2021 (UTC)
And further, "papageéna" could be a word similar to photogenic. Photogenic could in some languages become photogena/fotogena, something you could call a good looking woman (a ending specifies female gender) and literally mean "woman whom looks good in pictures" i.e. good looking. Papageéna would then literally mean "good for/with papa", which makes sense as a female denominator in a tribe that doesn't seem to have any females. Simply put, it means "Hey Mama".
Put together with the rest... "Hey mama, you seem hot and fertile".. speculative sure, but linguistically speaking quite straight forward.
