Appearance
Tom is a two-eyed minion with short buzz-cut hair and is usually seen dressed up as a maid.
Plot
Despicable Me 2
Tom is cleaning Gru's foyer when someone (presumably Dr. Nefario),rings the doorbell. When he opens the door, he sees and greets Dr. Nefario. Tom is shocked when Dr. Nefario unexpectedly kidnaps him. He is brought to El Macho's Lair.
Tom is tied onto a seat along with Kevin. A syringe containing PX-41 is then injected into his vessels, turning him into an Evil Minion.

- Tom is likely the first minion to be turned into an Evil Minion.
- It's not clear, but in Despicable Me 2, Phil minion is quite familiar with Tom because both of them look like maid. It's also debatable whether their identities have been confused since another Phil has already existed in previous, whose appearance is very different from the latter one.
