VNC (Short for Villain Network Channel) is a channel activated accidentally by Stuart in Minions. In the channel, it reports that the Villain-Con is going to be held in Orlando, and many villains will be invited, including Scarlet Overkill. The channel's anchor also states that the channel is only to be viewed by villains, and a muscular man with a baseball stands behind him, threatening to "find" any viewers who are not villains.
